Here are more ways to help poor meet their needs.
Provide livestock (goats, chickens, cows, etc) to orphanages and poor communities to make them self-sufficient. For example, a healthy cow can give up to 6-7 gallons of milk a day. Cow milk is a good source protein, calcium, nutrients that growing children need and provide additional source of income for those communities.
Giving Sewing machines or providing or car to a poor family can be an additional source of income. Families can stitch clothing to sell in their community. Cars can be used as taxi for an extra income.
If you are interested in donating money towards providing livestock, sewing machines, car, etc. Here are some recommended amounts to donate:

Cow $700
Small Car in India: $3,000
Donors will be provided with proof of delivery of all life skills donation listed above.
